KS5 TUITION (A LEVEL MATHS)

Key stage 5 is the two year course done in college or sixth form. During those two years, student sit a variety of module. In the first year or formerly known as AS most institution do following popular courses:

  • Core 1
  • Core 2
  • Statistics 1

There could be Decision Maths or Mechanics offered in the first year. This varies from institution to institution.

In the second year of KS5 the pupils are usually offered the following modules:

  • Core 3
  • Core 4
  • Statistics 2

However there are institution that may give you the chance to do Mechanics or Decision maths based on your preference over Statistics.
